Salary: up to £58,500 (DOE) plus bonuses with OTE of £62,000 PLUS

My Client in the Nottingham area, youll be leading a 3 bed EBD home in Nottingham, designed with the space and structure needed to give young people proper one-to-one support. The home will likely operate for maximum of 3 children giving you the time and capacity to focus on what really matters: relationships, reflection and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Register and lead the home in line with the Childrens Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards
* Build and develop a strong, motivated team who feel valued and supported
* Oversee care plans that focus on progress, education and emotional wellbeing
* Lead safeguarding practice, ensuring every decision keeps children safe and heard
* Maintain outstanding standards in daily practice, compliance and leadership
* Manage budgets and reporting confidently while keeping people at the heart of your work
About You
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or actively working towards
* At least two years management experience in a childrens residential setting ideally at Deputy/Homes Manager/Registered Manager level
* A clear understanding of Ofsted expectations, the Quality Standards and Regulation 44/45 requirements
* The ability to inspire, develop and retain a skilled, compassionate team
* Calm confidence, resilience and genuine curiosity about what helps children recover and thrive
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Flexibility to take part in the on call rota
