DIGITAL ANALYTICS SPECIALIST
SALARY UP TO £55,000
HYBRID – LONDON – 1-2 DAYS A WEEK IN OFFICE
This position is for a Digital Analytics Specialist at a London-based digital agency known for its creative, data-driven approach across Hospitality, Travel, Food & Drink, and Entertainment sectors. The role combines hands-on technical analytics work with client-facing responsibilities, leading the agency’s analytics function and ensuring high-quality data insights for performance, creative, and strategy teams.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead analytics projects across a portfolio of digital clients.
* Set up and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) containers, tagging plans, and tracking implementation.
* Oversee analytics accounts, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across GA4, Looker Studio, and BigQuery integrations.
* Develop and maintain client dashboards and reporting frameworks.
* Analyse performance data to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
* Present data and insights confidently to internal teams and clients.
* Line manage and mentor an offshore analytics specialist.
* Collaborate closely with performance, creative, and strategy teams to inform campaign and business decisions.
