Role: Assembly Technician Location: Amesbury Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Package The Company This Assembly Technicians role is with a specialist manufacturer supplying the defence industry. The Role We are looking for an Assembly Technician ideally with a minimum of 2 years’ experience who has been working with electrical and/or mechanical components. Key Skills and Experience: * Handle small, medium and larger parts to create a finished product from either build instructions or directly from drawings. * Test part assembled and finished product to specific test instructions. * Ensure the assembly area is maintained as a safe, clean and tidy working environment. * Ensure compliance with all company rules and regulations. * Make sure that production timelines are maintained. * Report all discrepancies and complete the necessary paperwork as appropriate. * Ensure all products are being manufactured to a consistent build quality.
