Pay rate: £12.91 per hour
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Despatch / Production Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate packing, picking, and despatch of products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
* Execute packing and picking operations according to company standards and procedures.
* Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and quality control.
* Assist with rework as needed to meet production requirements.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in packing, picking, and production operations.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform data entry with accuracy.
* Knowledge of quality control processes and the ability to identify and address product defects.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-day
* Pick and pack products according to customer orders.
* Perform data entry for accurate record-keeping and inventory management.
* Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
