The Role
As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with experienced Senior and Managing Quantity Surveyors, gaining hands-on experience across the full commercial lifecycle of major construction projects.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting
* Supporting the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
* Preparing and managing valuations and variations
* Assisting with cost reporting and commercial administration
* Supporting the management of final accounts
* Working collaboratively with site, design, and commercial teams

The Ideal Candidate
* Graduated with a degree in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management or a related construction discipline
* Ambitious, motivated, and eager to learn within a Tier 1 environment
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Good communication skills and the confidence to work within large, professional teams
* A genuine interest in working on complex, high-value construction projects
