As a Learner Experience Administrator, you will be at the heart of the learner journey — ensuring every individual receives a seamless, professional, and supportive experience from enrolment through to certification and beyond.
Job Title: Learner Experience Administrator
Working closely with the Learner Experience Team Leader, you will support learners before, during, and after their time on site. From coordinating enrolment and managing communications to supporting SEND requirements and safeguarding responsibilities, you will be instrumental in delivering a high‑quality learning experience. This is a highly visible, people‑focused role where attention to detail, organisation, and a commitment to service excellence are key.
Responsibilities
* Manage the full learner journey, supporting enrolment, registration, induction, and post‑course activity to ensure timely completion and certification
* Coordinate pre‑course preparation, including learner registrations with awarding bodies, validation of required documentation, and communication of key course information
* Act as the on‑site point of contact, welcoming learners, answering queries, and ensuring a positive and professional experience
* Support SEND adjustments, ensuring individual learner needs are understood and accommodated effectively
* Maintain accurate learner records, including progress tracking, interactions, and safeguarding documentation
* Provide post‑course support, assisting with submissions and portfolio completion to keep learners on track
* Collaborate across teams, including Sales, Training Delivery, and Academic Services, to ensure a joined‑up approach to learner experience
* Contribute to continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and service delivery
Essential Experience & Skills
* Strong IT skills, particularly across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Previous experience in an administrative or customer‑facing role
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational capability
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and professional approach
Desirable
* Experience working within a learning, education, or training environment
