Responsibilities
 * Produce accurate roof truss and posi‑joist designs using specialist MiTek software.
 * Interpret and analyse architectural and structural drawings.
 * Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to optimise designs for production.
 * Prepare clear, professional layout drawings, structural calculations, and supporting documentation.
 * Engage with clients and internal teams to clarify requirements and manage changes efficiently.
 * Maintain high standards of design quality, compliance, and buildability.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who knows their way around Roof Truss and Posi‑Joist design, with practical experience and a good grasp of design software such as MiTek or Wolf. If you have an eye for detail, love solving problems, and can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat, you’ll fit right in.
