About the job Cleaners (Full and part time hours available) Permanent Based in our central London book shops We are looking for Full and Part Time Weekend Cleaners to join our friendly and dynamic team here at our Waterstones Store in central London. You will Ensure that areas are always cleaned to the highest standards, always maintain Health and Safety standards, ensure equipment is used, cleaned, maintained and stored correctly Hours:Full time, 37.5 hours working 5 days out of 7 Part time, 13 15 hours per weekend covering Saturday & Sunday Hourly rate: £14.04 per hour What you will be doing Ensure that a high level of cleanliness is maintained daily in shops and offices by completing a range of cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying bins and cleaning the washrooms/toilets, offices, internal and external areas. Deal with any customer requests promptly and courteously Clean off-site premises as and when Restock consumables as and when required. Able to work individually and as part of a team. What we need from you Essential Previous cleaning experience and knowledge. Experience of working in a customer facing environment. Excellent organisational skills Excellent Customer service and people skills Punctual and reliable Attention to detail Able to work weekends and bank holidays Flexibility to work across our bookshops/office in Central London You will have the right to work in the UK.
