About this role
* Maintain and oversee the ad delivery operations, ensuring seamless performance and reliability.
* Perform spot checks and quality control on content, advertising, and metadata to meet platform standards.
* Conduct QA and technical support for ad delivery, monitoring key metrics such as render rates, fill rates, and ADS timeouts.
* Track and document issue resolution processes, ensuring a clear understanding of the root cause.
* Optimise ad stack components for improved efficiency and performance.
* Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in UX, content engineering, and operations.
About you
* Several years' experience in product management.
* Experience in TV, broadcasting, streaming.
* Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Slack.
* Comfortable working with CMS platforms for streaming applications
* Experienced in managing and supporting large-scale streaming applications across an expanding range of territories.
* Strong QA/QC knowledge with a strong focus on user experience.
