Propel is hiring for a Growth Marketing Manager (Medical) for a purpose-driven financial services brand in the West Midlands. The role leads performance marketing and acquisition strategy for the medical customer segment. Responsibilities
* Own the growth plan: Develop and deliver the marketing strategy for the medical division - building campaigns that drive new leads, improve conversions, and hit revenue targets.
* Performance-first execution: Manage always-on and campaign activity across SEO, PPC, paid social, display, email, and content - continuously optimising for cost and conversion.
* Funnel optimisation focus: Identify friction points in the customer journey and fix them - running A/B tests and experiments to increase lead volume and pipeline efficiency.
* Work cross-functionally: Collaborate with CRM, content, design, and sales to deliver high-performing campaigns and journeys from awareness through to conversion and beyond.
* Regulated growth: Navigate acquisition within a regulated, advice-led environment - balancing creativity and compliance to build trust and deliver ROI.
