We're looking for an experienced — or ambitious and ready-to-step-up — Pastry Chef de Partie to join the team at one of London's most refined bespoke 5-star hotels. This is a property that truly embodies classic English elegance, while delivering exceptional standards to an international clientele who expect nothing but the very best.
Working under the guidance of a Michelin-level Chef Director, you'll be part of a highly skilled and forward-thinking brigade where precision, creativity, and consistency are everything.
What you'll be doing: Producing high-quality pastry items across multiple outlets
Playing a key role in delivering award-winning afternoon tea
Supporting private dining (PDR) and the hotel's 5-star restaurant offering
Managing daily prep and ordering
Maintaining exceptional standards in presentation, hygiene, and allergen awareness
Working collaboratively within a passionate, professional team
Technical skills required: You should be confident and creative in delivering:
Plated fine dining dessert with a British influence
Afternoon Tea pastry item to a luxury hotel standard
Tempered chocolate decoration, suitable for either fine dining or afternoon tea presentation
What we're looking for: A strong Pastry CDP or an exceptional Demi Chef ready to step up
Solid technical pastry skills with a keen eye for detail
Good understanding of allergens and dietary requirements
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Someone driven, ambitious, and eager to grow within a progressive kitchen
