Responsibilities:
* Own and lead the SEO strategy across key business areas like new languages, products, and more.
* Drive organic traffic growth from search engines and new platforms like ChatGPT and Perplexity.
* Build scalable processes to earn high-quality backlinks and manage the link-building budget.
* Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes.
* Launch and execute new ideas to grow organic traffic.
* Promote SEO best practices across the company and educate teams on its value.
* Report monthly on performance and key initiatives to leadership.
* Manage relationships with digital PR and link-building agencies.
Qualifications:
* 3–5 years of in-house SEO experience.
* Background in a STEM field.
* Strong mix of content, link-building, and technical SEO knowledge.
* Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
* Quick to adapt and comfortable with change.
* Solid experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Similar Web, Heap).
* Able to work independently and collaborate across engineering, content, and marketing teams.
