The Requirements
* An experienced proactive Sales Manager with a proven track record of success in a similar role
* To proactively drive new business into the restaurant
* Engage with local businesses and create partnerships to drive footfall
* The proactive sales manager will follow up sales leads, attend events and present the brand to prospective clients
* You will have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service
* Consistently looking to maximise revenue and sales opportunities to increase business
* Creativity to post and manage social media accounts
* Confident being the face of the brand
