Position Overview

To supervise the Guest Service Receptionists, ensuring that all required tasks are completed on a daily basis. To ensure smooth running for their shift and communication with other departments.

What you'll do

13. Supervise Guest Service Receptionists, assisting them with issues that may arise and ensuring that all tasks are completed up to standards
14. Assist with Check in and Check out
15. Supervise the billing, ensuring folios are up to date and accurate
16. Liaise directly with the VIP guests ensuring all their needs are met
17. Deal promptly and effectively with any guest concerns
18. Conduct a shift handover in conjunction with the Guest Service Manager at the end of each shift.
19. To assisst the Guest Service Managers when needed
20. To be responsible for identifying any training needs of the Guest Service Coordinators staff and communicating these to mangement
21. Carry out on the job training with all Guest Service Receptionists
22. Act as an ambessador of the hotel
23. Attend any training courses may seem beneficial

What you'll bring

24. Passionate about hospitality and delivering a 5* service to our guests
25. Customer service orientated
26. Experience of Opera
27. Excellent IT knowledge including Microsoft Office
28. Good written and spoken English
29. Team player
