Personal Assistant to Managing Director
Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role based in Chester for a Personal Assistant (P.A.) to the Managing Director of Tier Consult Group. The P.A. will manage the Managing Director’s daily activities, coordinate diaries and schedules, arrange travel plans, and provide high‑level administrative support. The role includes facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective support of the Managing Director’s responsibilities.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance tasks
* Expertise in Diary Management and coordinating schedules
* Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and facilitating information flow
* Experience in planning and executing travel arrangements
* Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and time‑management skills
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
* Proficiency in office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
* Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
