The Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.
Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. If you have exceptional organisational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.
* Responsibilites
* Communicating with the teams and customers via emails and over the phone.
* Answering the phone calls, taking orders, and dealing with minor customer issues, such as order delays or no stock availability.
* Following order schedules and reporting the status to account managers and customers.
* Working closely with clients on their call off requirements, updating them while their orders are in works.
* Being heavily involved with the internal team in order to meet customer's requirements.
* Following order processes and avoiding delays where possible.
* Processing sales order on the system, despatching and invoicing.
* Having a thorough knowledge of the documents that are going out internally and externally and maintaining internal knowledge portal

Highly motivated and proactive
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Used to working independently in a 'one to one' or group situation with people at all levels of seniority and responsibility
