Business Services Coordinator

An exciting opportunity for a Business Services Coordinator to join a collaborative team in Guildford with great culture and true work-life balance.


This is a full-time, office-based role in Guildford (working 5 days a week on site, 9 am–5 pm) with no expectation of out-of-hours work. You'll be part of a genuinely supportive environment where your contribution is valued.

As Business Services Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations across multiple teams. This is a varied, hands-on position ideal for someone organised, adaptable, and eager to develop their experience. You’ll work on finance administration, training coordination, business support, and office management—making you an essential part of the business’s smooth running and future growth.


Key responsibilities include:

* Finance administration: managing purchase orders and invoices, credit control, bank reconciliations, and supporting month-end reporting.
* Training support: coordinating course bookings, learner enrolments, trainer schedules, and compliance with awarding bodies.
* Business support: assisting with policy documentation, onboarding, internal systems, and maintaining accreditations.
* Office management: handling supplier relationships, facilities issues, office supplies, and general upkeep.

What we’re looking for:

* Experience with accounting or finance administration tasks (ideally using software like Xero).
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication.
* Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable with sensitive information.
* A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
