£40,000 to £60,000 per annum
The successful Principal Geotechnical Engineer candidate will have the chance to work on a variety of rail, road, industrial, leisure, commercial and residential projects nationwide, gaining valuable experience alongside other experienced engineers.
The successful Principal Geotechnical Engineer would be responsible for ground investigation project delivery, site characterisation, report writing and client liaison. This role will give you the opportunity to work on geo-environmental ground investigation and assessment, remediation and validation, contract management, and planning and regulatory liaison.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a management role at the company, as my client pride themselves on promoting from within.
My client is a medium-sized leading geotechnical and geoenvironmental companies, based in Edinburgh, and are looking for a Principal Geotechnical Engineer to join their diverse and experienced projects team.

Geology degree, another relevant degree
Chartership desired but not essential
Commutable distance from their Edinburgh office
Ground investigation, slope stability and report writing experience
Full UK Driving Licence
