As a Service Engineer - Fire & Security, you'll play a key role in maintaining and supporting our customers' systems across technologies such as: Access Control, Intrusion Protection, Video Surveillance, Door Entry, Audio Alarm Verification, Staff Protection, Public Address, Time & Attendance, and LED Lighting.
* Deliver excellent customer service, working closely with the Area Supervisor and National Call Centre.
* Use PDA management software to manage service calls and maintenance visits.
* Attend and resolve daily service calls plus scheduled maintenance work.
* Take responsibility for your vehicle and stock, ensuring they're properly maintained.
* Bring a proactive, positive, "can-do" approach to every job.
* Join the callout rota, with opportunities for additional earning potential.
* Work flexibly when needed to meet client demand.
* Be based within ~30 minutes of your working area for responsive service.
