What are we looking for?
We're seeking passionate individuals who are committed to providing excellent customer service to our participants and additionally;
* Confident in your ability to assess, mentor, motivate and coach individuals.
* Great at problem-solving and able to identify issues and implement appropriate solutions.
* Strong administration skills and good computer/technology skills.
* Level 2 English and IAG Level 4 however, these are not essential.
Previous experience of supporting people with a range of barriers into work is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from all candidates who are passionate about changing the lives of others.
