Customer Support (Part‑Time)
Location
Lincoln – within a reasonable distance of Lloyds and Halifax branches.
Hours & Working Pattern
24.5 hours per week, including Saturdays. Part‑time.
Salary
£18,340, increasing to £18,865 after 6 months. Salary review annually on 1 April.
Job Summary
Provide face‑to‑face support to customers at our branches, building relationships and delivering outstanding service. Over time you may progress to remote or specialist roles within the group.
Responsibilities
* Provide accurate and friendly customer support in person.
* Build short‑term relationships with customers to give a high‑quality experience.
* Resolve customer queries, using empathy and integrity, and taking time to resolve issues.
* Collaborate with colleagues to meet customers’ needs.
* Meet home‑working criteria if located in a hybrid location (quiet private room, stable internet).
Qualifications
* One year of customer service experience.
* A people person: honest, genuine, caring about helping people with finances.
* Ability to build relationships quickly to give customers a fantastic experience.
* Passion to put yourself in the customers’ shoes, show empathy, act with care and integrity, taking time to resolve queries.
* Commitment to deliver on promises and go above and beyond for customers.
* Teamwork – ability to collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure customer needs are met.
* Located in a hybrid role and meeting home‑working criteria (quiet private room, stable internet).
