Regulatory Engagement & Reporting Manager

What you'll be doing:
This role is focused on fostering positive relationships with regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with reporting obligations, and providing strategic guidance on regulatory matters.
It will also be supporting the management of regulatory interactions with The Pensions Regulator (principally for master trust supervision), FCA, PRA, DWP, ICO and HMRC.
●Maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities, acting as a point of contact for regulatory enquiries
●Engage with regulators to stay informed about changes in regulations, anticipate regulatory trends, and communicate potential impacts to the organisation
●Provide advice on regulatory matters to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders
●Collaborate with legal, compliance, and business units to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape and its impact on business operations
What we’re looking for:
●Experience in a regulatory role with a focus on engagement and reporting
●In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements applicable to the organisation
●Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements
●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders
●Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
