Position: Executive Headteacher
This reputable SEMH School are seeking an exceptional and visionary Executive Headteacher to join our dynamic team and provide strategic and operational leadership across two schools starting in September 2024. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about education, inclusive practices, and driving excellence in teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the continued success and development of both schools
* Foster a culture of high expectations, academic excellence, and inclusive practices across the school community
* Lead and inspire staff to deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences that meet the diverse needs of all students
* Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive school improvement and raise standards of achievement
* Build positive relationships with students, staff, parents, governors, and external stakeholders to promote collaboration and partnership working
* Oversee the effective management of resources, including budgets, staffing, and facilities, to support the delivery of the school's strategic objectives
Requirements:
* Qualified teacher with significant leadership experience, including experience at a senior leadership level
* Proven track record of successful school leadership and driving improvement in student outcomes
* Strong understanding of effective teaching and learning practices, including strategies for supporting students with special educational needs
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to inspire and motivate staff to achieve their full potential
