What Youll Be Doing Managing the balance sheet and financial accounting activities for both the UK parent company and an overseas subsidiary. Leading and developing a team of three finance professionals. Ensuring robust controls are in place and driving improvements to accounting processes and systems. Producing insightful financial analysis to support senior stakeholders. Supporting audit preparation and liaising with external auditors. What Were Looking For Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent). Experience working in a financial accounting role. Solid understanding of balance sheet management and financial controls. Strong analytical skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. Experience managing or mentoring a team.
