Essential Qualifications
* Degree level education or equivalent level or relevant experience.
* Institute of IT trainings Training Assessment Programme Qualification Or experience of training IT products in a post 16 environment.
* Knowledge and holder of European Computer Driving License.
* Experience: Experience of using the Windows Operating System.
* A sound theoretical knowledge of Hardware, Software and the Internet.
* Planning and organisational skills to ensure timely training delivery.
* Awareness of local and national IM&T education and training strategies.
* Demonstrates effective interpersonal, organisational, presentation and communication skills (oral and written).
* Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to create and maintain effective working relationships with all service users internal and external.
* Capable of developing and delivering system user training programmes for all levels of staff.
* Must possess a comprehensive range of practical analytical, statistical and numerical skills in order to analyse and report on training activity and non-attendance.
* Ability to work using own initiative, motivating service users to achieve their objectives.
* Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of users.
Desirable Qualifications/Experience
* Practical experience of training or teaching of Microsoft products.
* Knowledge of clinical systems used within the Trust and NHS.
* Microsoft Office Specialist Qualification or extensive experience of using the Microsoft Office suite.
