This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated Pest Control Technician to join a successful and expanding team. The role offers a varied working day, visiting different sites across the West Midlands, carrying out treatments, and building strong relationships with customers.
What we need from you:
* RSPH Level 2 (or equivalent) in Pest Management is essential
* At least 1 years experience working as a Pest Control Technician
* A full, clean UK driving licence
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
* A professional and customer-focused approach
* A proactive, can-do attitude
* The successful candidate will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check
What the role involves:
You will be working across a variety of sites throughout the West Midlands, delivering high-quality pest control services to both commercial and residential customers. This is a field-based role where no two days are the same, requiring a high level of independence and responsibility. Duties include:
* Inspecting customer premises and assessing pest activity
* Carrying out pest control treatments in line with company standards
* Undertaking minor proofing works to prevent pest issues
* Producing clear and accurate reports following site visits
* Managing your own schedule across multiple sites
* Identifying opportunities to upsell additional services where appropriate

Salary:
£25,000 £27,000 per year (depending on experience), plus uncapped commission. xkybehq
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm. Overtime may also be required to suit business needs during busy periods.
