Business Development Manager – Hybrid, Glasgow Office Professional Solutions SaaS | Outbound Sales | £32K base / £70K OTE We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join a growing team in Glasgow. This is a full 360 outbound role where you'll own the sales process from first touch to close. If you're commercially minded, proactive, and serious about building a sales career, this is a strong move. Building and managing your own outbound pipeline via cold calls, email, LinkedIn and content Running tailored demos for SME and enterprise prospects Closing deals and managing your own sales targets Keeping your pipeline organised and accurate in the CRM Working alongside marketing to align on messaging and content 1–3 years' B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or a professional services environment Strong outbound sales skills including cold calling and social selling Confident presenting and running sales demos Self-starter with ambition, energy, and accountability Based near Glasgow and happy to be in the office three days a week £32K base salary with realistic £70K OTE in year one (uncapped, top earners hit £90K) Hybrid working with a great office in Glasgow and free parking Free football tickets and extra annual leave Full onboarding, sales training, and ongoing professional development Clear promotion path to Senior BDM and beyond
