As an Office Finance Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our operations - managing financial processes, supporting administrative tasks, and providing a warm, professional welcome to parents and visitors. You’ll gain experience across a variety of systems and responsibilities, from handling school finances and organising trips to maintaining accurate records and supporting the leadership team. The Details Start Date: ASAP Salary: GLF Associate 2 Point 1 £23,651 to Point 14 £24,971 Outer London Weighting allowance (dependent on experience) Actual Salary: £10,724.10 to £11,322.63 Outer London Weighting allowance (dependent on experience) Hours: 18.5hrs per week (Monday to Tuesday 8:30-3:30 and Wednesday 8:30-2:30) - 40 weeks per year Closing Date: 19th March 2026
