We at Academics are working on behalf of a fantastic SEN Specialist School who are seeking a motivated and experienced Outreach Tutor to support secondary-aged students in the Ware area. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing tailored education and training support to learners facing behavioural, emotional, or social challenges.
Key Requirements
* Experience working with young people, preferably those with behavioural or emotional difficulties
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to engage and motivate students to achieve their potential
* Flexible and adaptable approach to working across multiple settings
* Reliable, with a full, clean driving licence and access to own transport

The ideal Outreach Tutor
* A recent Psychology graduate (or Criminology with psychology interest) in or around Ware.
* Passionate about mental health, child development, and educational support
* Ability to commute to Ware.
* Empathetic, resilient, and proactive in supporting vulnerable students
* Previous experience with SEN or children is a plus - but the right attitude matters most!
