About This Role This position involves the day-to-day management of a dynamic and successful sales area, supporting a diverse customer base that includes OEMs, end users, and distributors. The role offers a balance of independent working and team collaboration, and includes:Managing and developing a busy and established sales area.Looking after a varied customer portfolio including OEMs, end users, and resellers.Driving sales growth by proactively identifying opportunities with both new and existing clients.Primarily focusing on mechanical geared motors, with additional involvement in sales and support for services, inverters, servos, and industrial gears.Working independently from home while effectively managing your own schedule.Collaborating closely with internal and external colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and support.What We're Looking For Proven experience in the power transmission or service industry is highly desirable.A strong technical background with sound knowledge of power, speed, and torque is essential.Ideally, candidates will have a formal qualification such as an ONC or HNC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Strong customer relationship skills and a proactive approach to selling.A good understanding of the sales process and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.While familiarity with specific product ranges is beneficial, full training will be provided if required.TPBN1_UKTJ
