I am currently supporting a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Chelmsford that is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Qualified Teacher to join their team.
This Primary Teacher role offers a fantastic opportunity to inspire and motivate pupils during a crucial stage of their academic journey. As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum, creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and ensuring all pupils are supported to reach their full potential. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to promote both academic achievement and emotional wellbeing.
The school is seeking a passionate and committed Primary Teacher who can demonstrate strong classroom management skills, creativity in lesson delivery, and a genuine commitment to raising standards. This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and ECTs who are eager to develop within a supportive school environment. The successful Primary Teacher will have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching within a primary setting
Strong knowledge of the primary national curriculum
Excellent classroom management skills
The ability to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
A positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude
An Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one
