Key Responsibilities… Lead with Vision: Shape and deliver financial strategies that ensure sustainability and growth, working closely with the Group CFO and Executive Leadership Team. Drive Change: Oversee the successful integration of a new finance system, embedding smarter, faster, and more insightful reporting across the Group. Set the Standard: Ensure robust compliance with all financial regulations, from housing association governance to statutory reporting. Empower Performance: Provide clear, actionable management information and KPIs to drive operational and strategic excellence. Collaborate for Impact: Partner with housing teams, support services, and the wider organisation to align financial management with their mission. Who We’re Looking For?… A qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with extensive senior leadership experience. A proven track record in financial strategy, governance, and systems integration. Deep understanding of housing association finance and related compliance requirements. A confident communicator who inspires teams, influences stakeholders, and thrives in complex, mission-driven environments. What is on offer?
