Job Description
Responsibilities
* As a Residential Support Worker for Branas Isaf, encourage our young children towards a better understanding of their previous behaviour and enable them to improve their interpersonal functioning within the therapeutic home environment and ultimately in the wider community.
* Work within a 2 on, 4 off shift pattern (2 days on plus night sleep and 4 days off rolling rota).
* Support the delivery of an outstanding integrated model of education, therapy and therapeutic care to young people with emotional, behavioural & complex interpersonal needs.
Essential Experience and Qualifications
* Experience in Residential Childcare Environment (Preferred)
* Level 3 Children's and Young People or equivalent (Preferred but not essential)
* UK driving licence (Company provides a car during working hours) - FULL UK MANUAL DRIVER LICENCE ESSENTIAL
* Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights and weekends)
* Able to accommodate a shift pattern of 2 days on plus night sleep and 4 days off rolling rota
