We are on the hunt for highly motivated and ambitious Assistant and Store Managers to join our Domino's Pizza franchise in Leeds and Wakefield.
The Assistant or Store Manager role will encompass the day to day running of the store, including sales forecasting, effective scheduling, competent cost of sales control along with maintaining high operational standards to ensure the store is efficiently managed in accordance with the company policies and procedures.

You will need to be passionate about people, food quality & customer services and thrive on developing teams and driving operational greatness through working alongside your team. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and customers.
Successful candidates must have a minimum of 18 months experience. You will need to be flexible with your working hours as our stores are predominately busy in the evenings/late night and particularly so at the weekends.
Salary is based upon experience and will be discussed within the interview.
Responsibilities

* Proficient in administrative tasks related to store operations.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently.
* Experience in retail management is highly desirable; familiarity with retail software is a plus.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
