Head of Operations | Harrogate
A national Wealth Management business is seeking a Head of Operations to join their growing business.
The role is available due to promotion internally.
The primary objective of the role is to ensure a robust, operationally efficient environment that meets its Regulatory obligations. The Operations team has strict rules it must follow in relation to managing client money where the CASS rules must be followed at all times.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading the strategic delivery and optimisation of Operations
* Working cross-functionally with Group functions
* Oversight and management of day-to-day Business Operations
* Providing advice and guidance to management to assist them in embedding appropriate training and development
The successful applicant:
* Ideally 5+ years’ experience in a Senior Operations position within a financial services environment
* Strong understanding of CASS 6 & CASS 7 rule & regulations
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
