Responsibilities
* Mix of managing the Additional Learning Support team and traditional SENCo work
* Supporting the Safeguarding Manager
* Onsite (non negotiable)
Requirements
* Experience as a SENCo in ideally Colleges / Sixth Forms
* Extensive knowledge of additional learning needs
* Knowledge of SEND code of practice essential
* Up to date Safeguarding training, or a willingness to obtain
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
