Our well-established client are looking to onboard a reliable and ambitious Customs Administrator to join their flourishing team!

Responsibilities:
Preparing and submitting customs declarations using simplified, summary, and standard procedures
Ensuring compliance with customs regulations, including verifying the accuracy of data such as CPC codes, commodity codes, import/export licensing, and EORI numbers
Providing advice to traders on customs clearance and related procedures
Applying HMRC valuation methods to calculate and declare customs charges, and managing payment schedules
Maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
Coordinating with shippers, customs agents, and freight forwarders to ensure the efficient movement of goods
Building relationships with new and existing customers and forwarding customs release messages to clients and their representatives
