Campaign & Talent Manager (Academy Team)

Salary: £35,000 P/A + up to 10% bi-annual bonus

Level: Ideally 2+ years’ experience in talent management and/or campaign management

Hours: Full time (09:30–17:30, Monday–Friday with an early finish on Fridays)

Location: North London (full time office-based role)

THE ROLE

As Campaign & Talent Manager, you’ll join Connect Academy, one of the fastest-growing areas of Connect Management, working closely with micro-creators at the start of their content creation journey.

You’ll take ownership of both campaign delivery and talent relationships within Connect Academy. This is a hands-on, people-first role that blends strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.

You’ll lead campaigns end-to-end, manage and mentor talent and play a key role in shaping the growth and culture of the Academy. This is a full-time, on-site role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Management

• Lead and oversee campaigns from briefing to delivery

• Manage client communication, timelines, and expectations

• Ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly and to a high standard

Talent Support & Management

• Manage day-to-day relationships across the Academy talent roster

• Ensure talent are supported and operations run smoothly (including external events)

• Support vetting and seamless onboarding of talent into the Academy

Talent Strategy

• Lead monthly 1:1 strategy sessions with talent

• Guide social media growth, content planning and long-term creator development

Team Growth & Leadership

• Work closely with the Academy Director to support team growth

• Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members

Wider Responsibilities

• Support the planning of quarterly workshops delivering education and value

• Contribute to the growth of Connect Academy’s Instagram and social presence

NICE TO HAVES

• Ideally 2 years’ experience in talent management, influencer marketing or brand campaigns

• Confident managing campaigns and talent relationships independently

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Strategic mindset with a passion for creator growth

• Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused
