Now, we're looking for a talented Account Executive to join our growing team (you’ll be #5!) and help us scale in the Netherlands.
Overview
This is a high-impact role where you'll own the full sales cycle and help shape our future go-to-market approach. You'll work closely with Marketing, Product, and our stakeholders to bring in customers who get real value from what we do.
Responsibilities
* Own the entire sales process — from discovery call to close
* Lead consultative conversations with HR, Procurement, and Fleet decision-makers
* Tailor demos that speak to actual pains (not just run through a slide deck)
* Collaborate with Marketing on outreach and campaigns
* Share actionable feedback with Product to shape the roadmap
* Help refine our sales process as we grow
* Strongly prefer 3–5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in a mid-market or enterprise setting
* Based in the Netherlands and fluent in Dutch and English
* Confident selling early-stage, fast-evolving products
* Consultative, curious, and good at simplifying complex solutions
* Self-motivated, accountable, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
* Bonus: experience selling to HR, Finance, Mobility, or Compensation & Benefits
