Change Control Manager – ISS (Technical Services) | UK (Remote)
ISS is seeking a Change Control Manager to join our Technical Services function, ensuring robust governance and control of all change activity across a regional portfolio. This role is critical in managing risk, compliance, and the safe delivery of project works within live operational environments.
The role acts as a key interface between clients, project teams, suppliers, and internal operations, ensuring all works are properly assessed, documented, and approved before execution.
Key responsibilities:
* Review and triage Change Control submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Assess RAMS, drawings, and technical documentation to identify risks and gaps
* Ensure all works comply with governance, standards, and approval processes
* Lead and coordinate Change Control / CAB meetings with key stakeholders
* Act as main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams on change activity
* Monitor, track, and report on Change Control activity and progress
* Conduct audits (system and site-based) to ensure compliance with standards
* Investigate breaches and escalate issues where required
* Manage supplier documentation and ensure timely project handover packs
* Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on Change Control processes
* Support continuous improvement and implementation of change management systems and tools
Key requirements:
* Strong technical understanding of building services (mechanical, electrical, life safety systems)
* Experience in project delivery, facilities management, or change control environments
* Knowledge of RAMS, risk management, and safe systems of work
* Strong attention to detail and ability to review technical documentation
* Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to enforce governance and challenge non-compliance when required
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* IT literate with strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tool skills
* Strong safety awareness and understanding of compliance requirements
