Proven experience as a Paraplanner within a financial planning or wealth management environment. Strong understanding of financial products, legislation, and compliance standards. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client files efficiently. Attention to detail and high-quality report-writing capabilities. Qualifications such as level 4 CII/LIBD/CISIare highly desirable. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Proactive attitude with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
