We're working with a high-performance engineering business in Leamington Spa, who are looking for a talented designer to join their growing team. If you want to see your designs, come to life in some of the world's most exciting racing environments, this could be the perfect next move.
This is your chance to be part of a company that designs and manufactures mechanical systems for motorsport and high-performance vehicles worldwide. From GT racing and Formula E to WRC and specialist automotive projects, no two days are the same. You'll be working closely with engineers and machinists, taking concepts from initial design through to manufacture and track performance. With aggressive expansion plans, there's definitely routes for progression.
What needed:
* Experience as a Design Engineer in motorsport, automotive, or a high-performance engineering environment
* Proficiency with Creo or other CAD software
* Ability to interpret customer requirements and deliver solutions to tight deadlines
* Able to collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure designs are practical, efficient, and performance-driven
