Job Title: Trainee Parts Advisor
Location: Mercedes Benz of Neyland
Contract Type: Permanent / Full-time
Hours of Work: 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings on a rota, paid as overtime.
Position Pays: Starting at minimum wage
The Opportunity:
As a Trainee Parts Advisor, you'll support the parts desk by serving Mercedes Benz customers with parts and accessories. You'll ensure our Technicians have the correct parts to carry out repairs and servicing.
Main Responsibilities:
* Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers in person and over the phone
* Developing relationships with other departments
* Preparing orders and invoices
* Meeting deadlines
* Stock control and management
* Identifying parts
* Managing logistics, including organizing and arranging deliveries
Skills and Qualities:
* Customer service skills
* Administration skills

* ICT skills
* Problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility
* An interest in motor vehicles
