Job Title: Network Administrator - DV Cleared
Join us at Experis UK as a Network Administrator with DV clearance. This role involves managing a global network infrastructure, supporting diverse end users in complex environments, and ensuring optimal network performance.
Responsibilities
* Monitor and report on network performance and stability.
* Process customer requests and deploy new service configurations.
* Coordinate with service management teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
* Support Managed Service Providers and end-user groups with technical assistance.
* Maintain accurate network documentation, including diagrams and configurations.
* Support Crypto Key Fill and update the CMDB.
* Provide out-of-hours on-call support on a rotational basis (1 week in 4).
Qualifications
* Experience with Juniper devices and firewalls (Cisco experience is also considered).
* Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
* Knowledge of encryption technologies for secure communications.
