Your new role
They are seeking a highly capable finance professional to establish and lead their Group Reporting and Planning function. This pivotal role will focus on building a robust consolidated financial reporting framework, coordinating group-wide budgeting and forecasting processes, and delivering high-quality management insights. Initially project-focused, the role offers the opportunity to evolve into broader business support as the function matures.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or significant QBE with strong Group Accounting experience
2. 3–5 years post-qualification experience, ideally in a group finance environment
3. Proven ability to build consolidation models for P&L, balance sheet, and cashflows
4. Experience with international group consolidations and ERP systems (Access preferred)
5. Advanced Excel skills and strong data extraction capabilities
6. Self-starter with excellentmunication and organisational skills
