Overview
Are you a Pharmacy Technician looking for an exciting and challenging role within a busy department? You may be recently qualified or have more experience and are looking for a change. This role is based at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow, Essex and will be part of both the dispensary and ward-based pharmacy teams. This is a full-time role offered on a fixed-term basis for 9 months.
Responsibilities
* Provide an accurate and efficient service in the pharmacy dispensary and on wards.
* Be a highly motivated and responsible individual with a passion for customer service and teamwork.
* Develop knowledge and skills through our development programme supported by a friendly and experienced team.
* Work patterns will include some late standby shifts, weekend and bank holiday working.
Qualifications
* Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) with experience of medicines reconciliation at ward level.
* Regional Final Accuracy Checking Accreditation.
