A leading independent estate agency in South West London is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to head up its Morden branch.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

* Managing and driving sales performance across the branch
* Leading, motivating, and supporting a high-performing sales team
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
* Conducting valuations, viewings, and negotiations to secure successful sales
* Delivering an exceptional level of customer service
* Collaborating with other branches and departments to maximise opportunities
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

* Proven experience in residential estate agency at Sales Manager level
* Strong knowledge of the South West London property market, ideally within Merton
* Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
* Target-driven, proactive, and highly organised
* Full UK driving licence
