About your role
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Counselling Skills Tutor to join the Adult Skills Department to deliver CPCAB qualifications to adult learners.
We will deliver Level 2 Award in Introduction to Counselling Skills and Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills to adult learners across both the Weymouth and Kingston Maurward campuses from September 2025.
Requirements: a teaching qualification, ideally with experience of teaching and assessing at level 2 or above; experience using counselling skills in a workplace setting and having previously studied at least to Level 3 Counselling Skills such as CAST.
Responsibilities: run daytime and evening classes on a bank contract. The role involves delivering classroom teaching and assessment, preparing learning materials, and contributing to curriculum development.
