Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Part Time Home Care Workers to provide exceptional support to clients in their own homes. This role is ideal for individuals with a genuine interest in caring for others, particularly those with experience in assisted living, nursing, or senior care. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients by delivering personalised care tailored to their individual needs. Responsibilities
* Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
* Provide specialised care for individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, or other cognitive impairments
* Support clients with medication administration and health monitoring as required
* Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
* Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
* Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
* Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation.
* Respond promptly to client needs, ensuring safety at all times
Experience
* Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, hospice, or home care settings is highly desirable however not essential as full training will be provided.
