We’re looking for a highly organised, creative, and solutions-driven Talent Partnerships Manager to join our London team and lead the execution and project management of best-in-class influencer marketing and talent campaigns.
Please note that this is a senior to mid-level position and we require a minimum of 3 years experience from a similar role.
To succeed in this role you need to be equally passionate about consulting our clients on influencer marketing strategies as you are project managing the successful roll-out of campaigns and client scopes. You will also need an understanding of how influencer marketing interacts with other communications and marketing initiatives, and how influencer marketing can benefit a brand’s business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
* Project & Client Management
Lead assigned retainer accounts and campaigns with independence, ensuring delivery on timelines, budgets, KPIs and reporting. You will act as the main point of contact in day-to-day communication with your clients.
* Strategy & Creative Ideas
Set strategy for existing clients based on assigned budgets and actively contribute to the ongoing delivery of creative ideas to elevate how they work with influencer marketing. This includes crafting campaign ideas and creative briefs.
* Industry Trends and Network
You are responsible for ensuring that we keep up with industry trends, demonstrate excellent know-how on local influencers, as well as maintaining and growing our strong network of influencers and talent managers.
* Team Collaboration and Quality Control
You work closely with senior and junior team members to ensure efficient resource allocation. You provide ongoing training and mentoring of junior team and interns, quality assuring their work as relevant.
* VIP and Guestlist Management
You collaborate with our Events & Activations and PR teams to ensure relevant participation from influencers and KOL in event related deliveries - utilising your network to the benefit of our clients.
* New Business
You actively participate in new business efforts, leveraging your expertise in the creation of new business proposals and pitches. In addition to new business, you identify opportunities for ‘more-business’ and upselling of influencer services to clients working with Redgert across other disciplines.
* Professional Growth & Standards
You uphold Redgert Comms’ creative and professional standards, demonstrating growing independence, efficiency, and measurable impact across accounts.
If this sounds interesting, please send your CV to hilary.gorbould@redgertcomms.com along with an email explaining what makes you the perfect fit for this role.
We will be reviewing applications throughout January.
